A 1 year Old Male Child With Seizure Activity

HERE WE DISCUSS OUR INDIVIDUAL PATIENT'S PROBLEMS THROUGH A SERIES OF INPUTS FROM THE AVAILABLE GLOBAL ONLINE COMMUNITY OF EXPERTS WITH AN AIM TO SOLVE THOSE CLINICAL PROBLEMS WITH COLLECTIVE CURRENT BEST EVIDENCE-BASED INPUT 
CHEIF COMPLAINTS:-
A 1year old male child with seizure activity of 2 episodes since 2 days
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS :-
Patient was apparently normal 2 days back developed seizure like activity associated with unrolling of eyes and loss of conscious.
Post ictal drowsiness Positive. 
And the episodes lasted for 3mins.
No H/O fever,cough, cold, vomiting, loose stools. 
Cry while passing urine. 
No K/O covid
No H/O  excessive cry or decreased acceptance of feeds.
HISTORY OF PAST ILLNESS:-
H/O similar complaints at 9months,11 months,12 months, 16 months total of 6 episodes.
Unrolling of eyes.
TREATMENT HISTORY :-
Baby was taken to local pediatrician  and baby was given - INJ- Montaz ( 250mg),INJ Amikacin for one dose and p120 .
FAMILY HISTORY:-
Paternal aunt is K/C/O febrile seizures.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:-
A) General examination:-
Child is active ,oriented to mother.
Pallor- Positive 
No icterus, lymphadenopathy 
Weight-8 kgs 

Vitals:-
Temp-98° F
PR- 110bpm
RR- 38/min
BP- 110/70
Spo2- 98%

B)Systemic examination:-
Cranial nerves are normal .
Superficial reflexes  are normal.
No signs of neck Stiffness .
Abdomen- soft ,nontender
Respiratory system- lungs are clear.
NUTRITIONAL HISTORY:-
Normal feeding with complimentary feeds 
IMMUNIZATION HISTORY:-
Last immunized at 9months due to seizure activity .
BCG scar - (+)
DIAGNOSIS:-
Seizures with decreased evaluation 
TREATMENT:-
Allowed orally 
Inj- Levipil(20mg/ kg/dose)
Inj-pantop(1mg/kg/day)- 0.8ml /IV/ OD
Syp- zincovit-5ml/PO/OD
Monitor Vitals, watch for seizure activity.
